Job Description - Workday Consulting Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workday Consulting Intern to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will support our Workday consultants in delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, learning hands-on about Workday modules, configurations, business processes, and client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of client business requirements
- Support the configuration and testing of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, or Payroll
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather information and provide updates
- Help prepare training materials and user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration and technical requirements
- Learn and apply Workday best practices under the guidance of experienced consultants
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge or interest in ERP systems, preferably Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
