Your Day-to-Day

We're seeking a Frontend Engineer with strong React expertise to join our team. You'll be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications using modern frontend tools and practices. This role is perfect for someone who values practical solutions over unnecessary complexity and knows when to build versus when to leverage existing tools.

Must-have Skills

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience with component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, or similar).

• Knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL) and state management (React Query, Zustand, or Redux).

• Familiarity with authentication & authorization best practices (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).

• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Commitment to building accessible, user-friendly applications.

• Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable React applications following modern best practices.

• Use component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra) to create consistent and efficient UIs.

• Integrate APIs and manage data effectively, including caching and error handling.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).

• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Ensure usability and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance, keyboard navigation, etc.).

• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to deliver seamless experiences.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with for server-side rendering.

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
