Senior Manager, Employer Branding

To drive our global brand positioning as an employer of choice. Based in Parets / Sant Cugat, this role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy with a strong emphasis on North America and Spain, while adapting to diverse regional realities. The person will manage a team.

What your responsibilities will be

• Ownership of the EB strategy worldwide: define a global employer branding strategy aligned with business and talent acquisition goals. Analyze market trends and candidate perceptions to continuously evolve our brand positioning. Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints while tailoring approaches to local markets.
• Management: lead a team of 4 branding professionals across region
• Create an EB culture:. partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and HR to activate impactful campaigns and initiatives. Permanent contact with business to explain initiatives.
• Employer branding activities – implementation: guarantee that all activities are implemented following the agreed timings (job fairs, Hiring Events, special events,…)

Who you are

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field is required, along with solid experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, and project management in these areas.
• We are looking for someone passionate about branding, with proven experience in a similar role: solid experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, and project management in these areas.
• Accustomed to working in a multinational environment.
• With a leadership style that prioritizes making your team shine, fostering collaboration and growth
• Highly results-oriented.
