MEDICAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT CONTROLLER / TÉCNICO EN DOCUMENTACIÓN SANITARIA

Gudinfo is hiring a Scientific/Medical Information Document Controller (Técnico en documentación) to support international projects related to scientific content management. This is a technical and administrative role, focused on document handling, system-based workflows and quality control in regulated environments. This role supports our growing team in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance & PM support

  • Provide administrative support to content management activities.
  • Upload, review and maintain regulated documents (e.g. SmPCs, PILs and related content) in content management systems (e.g. Veeva Vault, Contentful).
  • Perform daily quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and correct metadata.
  • Follow defined workflows, SOPs and job aids, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Support multi-country content processes, including documents in multiple languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian).
  • Maintain activity tracking, logs and basic reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service continuity.
  • Provide administrative support to Medical Information and content-related projects.
  • Admin management of adverse events and product complaints, in line with client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree in Health Documentation and Administration or a related field with experience in Health Sciences.

Languages:

  • English: C1 level (written and verbal).
  • Additional language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with web-based content management platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Contentful).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail in data and content management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Sueldo: 20.000,00€-24.000,00€ al año
