As a Digital Advertising Account Partner, you will support large and fast-growing clients in industries such as retail, travel, and other high-revenue sectors. Your role centers on creating tailored advertising strategies, offering deep consultative support, and becoming a trusted advisor for long-term business growth.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, collaboration, and delivering impactful results.
What You´ll Do:- Partner with major clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies and achieve stronger campaign performance.
- Provide insight-driven, consultative support aligned to each clients goals.
- Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and shape long-term growth plans.
- Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, expertise, and continuous value.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and ensure ongoing success.
- Guide clients through advanced advertising concepts, tools, and best practices to help them stay competitive.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- C2 German and strong English communication skills.
- 12 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or account management.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing strategy; experience with larger clients is a plus.
- A mid/senior-level profile capable of delivering high-level, strategic consultations.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative mindset.
- Competitive salary: 23, ,000 gross/year + bonus.
- Full-time schedule (39h/week) based in beautiful Barcelona.
