Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs
tasks and implements projects with the Occupational
Risk Prevention team.

 

DUTIES

The main functions are:

• Updates and controls all the documentation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive activity plans, emergency plans, and joint prevention services reports.
  
• Carries out hygiene studies, ensures Legionella compliance and verifies compliance with the regulations for thermal installations in buildings.
  
• Carries out workplace safety inspections; with the proposal and follow-up of corrective actions. Manages the self-protection plans, organizes practice drills and trains emergency teams.
  
• Manages the documentation relating to the coordination of business activities (experience using platforms such as Egesdoc, Ctaima, Ucacegi, 6conecta, and Egestiona desirable).
  
• Investigates accidents and prepares accident rate reports.
  
• Coordinates health surveillance with the external prevention services in managing the nationwide medical examinations.
  
• Organizes and monitors annual health campaigns.
  
• Provides ergonomic advice and adjustments to workstations.
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Senior technician in the Prevention of Occupational Risks, with the three specialties: safety at work, occupational hygiene, and ergonomics and psychosociology, OR a Bachelor's degree in Prevention and Integral Safety, with a major in occupational safety.
  
• At least 2 years of related experience.
  
• Intermediate/B2 English level.
  
• Environmental knowledge (desirable).
