Your role and responsibilities:
In this role we are looking for a Data & Analytics specialist within the ABB Motion Business Area to join our Risk & Internal Controls team in the journey to data-driven risk analytics. If you enjoy change, challenge and continuous improvement, then this position is for you. You will support and help drive the successful development and implementation of data-driven process insights, analytics and outlier detection using SQL. You will lead the creation of complex data models to enable early risk identification and prevention, with a specific focus on integrity and compliance risks, as well as intelligent decision making through data insights leveraging Celonis' newest features and functionalities.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Manage Strategic Data/Process Mining developments in Celonis for the Motion Risk & Internal Controls function globally.
- Work with the data & analytics team and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify the data that is required for developments linked to those business requirements.
- Design, develop, implement, test and validate of use cases (as well as reports and dashboards) in Celonis as per identified business requirements. Perform ongoing monitoring and improvements. Document implementations and build a library of use cases.
- Manage the successful roll-out of the analytics use cases to the end users.
- Provide End User Training on the Celonis platform as well as on built analytics and case management functionalities.
- Conduct business value workshops with process improvement and business teams using Celonis data to identify process inefficiencies and potential root causes. Qualify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Develop a methodology to quantify the business and financial potential of each use case. Quantify and report to management on financial impact.
- Provoke, challenge, and feed the organization with new and innovative ways of detecting and managing outliers, with a focus on risk prevention.
Qualifications for the role:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data & analytics, Process Mining and/or technology consulting with global/international companies.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Informatics, Computer/Information Science, Data Science, Information-oriented economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable degree.
- Several years' experience and education in Process Mining software (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR etc.) and preferably AI. Previous hands-on experience with Celonis is key for this role.
- Strong interest in Data and Process Mining and ability to understand complex data and algorithms. Previous experience on data-driven risk prevention is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to extract and map key information and identify deviations and key risk attributes.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems as well as other non-ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, Concur, order management systems…) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers and deliver impact.
- Very strong project management and coordination skills, strong problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to independently drive projects to a successful conclusion. Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
