About The Role
International SOS is the world's leading medical and security services company with over 12,000 employees working in 1,000 locations in 81countries. Established 35 years ago, we have become the market leader for an extensive client base of companies, NGOs, and governments around the world.
The Senior Security Advisor is a senior representative of International SOS with key stakeholders in the Spanish market, with a particular focus on the commercial development of security services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and commercial strategy for the Spanish market, in cooperation with all stakeholders at the Madrid office (management team, security manager, Sales & Marketing team, assistance centre teams, head of the Spanish-speaking desk).
- Leverage their network to maintain and develop high-level relationships and collaboration with Security Directors of the 50 largest Spanish companies.
- Support the security agendas of all clients and prospects by providing professional advice on employee mobility security issues.
- Represent International SOS with major security organisations and associations.
- By gathering market feedback, support our innovation agenda by contributing ideas and use cases for potential evolutions of our products and services.
- Strengthen International SOS's visibility in the Thought Leadership space in Spain by participating in conferences and acting as a senior expert in the media as part of our public relations strategy.
- Support the Government agenda in Spain.
- Build strong, long-lasting peer-to-peer relationships with senior security directors in the Spanish market (clients and prospects).
- Explain and promote our Security solutions to senior-level security and non-security experts, in Spanish or English.
- Support business development through the introduction of potential prospects.
- Contribute to account management by participating in client meetings (quarterly reviews, crisis management, complaint management, etc.).
