Senior de Business Intelligence

Ubicación: Viladecans

Descripción: Buscamos un Senior para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de Business Intelligence, encargado de diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de análisis de datos que impulsen la toma de decisiones estratégicas dentro de la organización. Esta persona deberá contar con capacidad para interactuar con diferentes departamentos y visión estratégica para aprovechar al máximo el potencial de los datos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones analíticas, reportes y dashboards que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa y estratégica.
  • Gestionar proyectos integrales de BI, incluyendo procesos ETL, asegurando la calidad y fiabilidad de los datos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para entender sus necesidades de información y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas.
  • Garantizar la actualización continua y formación del equipo en las últimas tecnologías y metodologías de análisis de datos.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica superior en áreas relacionadas con tecnología, sistemas, informática, administración de empresas o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de dirección o liderazgo en proyectos de Business Intelligence.
  • Dominio avanzado en herramientas BI como PowerBI, Tableau o similares, así como sólidos conocimientos en SQL y procesos ETL.
  • Capacidad demostrada en liderazgo y gestión de equipos técnicos.
  • Orientación estratégica, habilidades comunicativas y capacidad analítica avanzada.

Diferenciadores:

  • Experiencia previa con Pentaho, Vertica en procesos ETL.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en integración y explotación de datos en entornos cloud (Azure, AWS o Google Cloud).
  • Certificaciones relevantes en gestión de proyectos o análisis de datos (PMP, Scrum Master, certificaciones de Microsoft, etc.).
