Role Overview
You will be driving communication and change management activities across the BMP Program, the largest digital transformation within Allianz.

What You Do

• Develop and implement a holistic communication strategy and change management initiatives for the BMP Program that effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of BMP transformation program to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and OE business owners.
• Drive and oversee the communication activities in the program including but not exhaustive to go-live BMP product and marketing, leadership changes, go-lives celebration, building the reputation of the program across the Group, and fostering a one program identity.
• Design, plan and execute BMP Program forums, bringing the program together, fostering one program identity, sharing best practices from the OEs, and building a cohesive leadership team (Senior Management across the program).
• Create and orchestrate communications campaign across the Program, different Areas and Rollout teams, as well with the OEs and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Drive scalability, engagement and track impact of activities around change management and communications
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Allianz SE, BMP Program (Areas and rollout teams including Az Tech) and across local Allianz entities

What You Bring

• Master's degree, diploma, or equivalent professional background.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in communications, change management, project management and cultural change in an international environment
• Strong project management skills working in agile set-up and virtual teams across the world
• Demonstrated change management skills across an intricate program spanning multiple organizations and entities
• Proven communication skills, including the ability to bring across complex matters in a simple and understandable way in written and visual mediums
• Open mindset & team player with the ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Creative and self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize workloads and juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and agile collaboration tools.
