Narval es una firma especializada en financiación, tanto alternativa como bancaria, que acompaña a profesionales y empresas durante el ciclo de búsqueda, estructuración, negociación y formalización de transacciones de deuda.

Nos especializamos en soluciones de financiación enfocadas a: inversiones empresariales, inversiones y promociones inmobiliarias, refinanciación de deuda y reestructuraciones patrimoniales.

Somos una firma financiera en expansión, regulada por el Banco de España, con presencia en Madrid y Barcelona.

Debido a nuestro crecimiento, necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a un/a
CRM & Data Analyst
el cual tendrá un impacto directo en el equipo comercial, en el área de operaciones, tecnología y análisis de datos.

Principales funciones:

  • Gestión y Optimización del CRM (Pipedrive).

  • Optimizar funnels y automatizar workflows.

  • Diseñar la estructura del CRM alineada con el funnel comercial y operativo.

  • Asegurar trazabilidad completa de las operaciones y velar por la calidad del dato.

  • Gestionar las integraciones con fuentes externas (Apollo, Genesy, formularios, landing pages, etc.).

  • Implementar automatizaciones entre CRM y otras herramientas (n8n, Zapier, Make o similares).

  • Integrar formularios y webhooks.

  • Documentar y mejorar los procesos actuales para mejorar la eficiencia comercial y operativa.

  • Generación de leads y liderar proyectos de digitalización.

  • Diseñar y mantener reporting en Power BI u otras herramientas de análisis.

  • Construir dashboards de actividad, conversión y performance.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Formación académica en Ingeniería informática / Computer Science, Ingeniería Matemática en Ciencias de Datos, ADE, International Business o similares.

  • 3-4 años de experiencia en roles de CRM management, Data Analyst y en entornos B2B.

  • Experiencia con la herramienta Pipedrive u otros CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Sólida experiencia en reportes y presentación de datos (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio o similares).

  • Perfil analítico, orientado al detalle y a la mejora continua.

  • Alta capacidad de organización.

  • Persona orientada a objetivos.

  • Idiomas: Español nativo e Inglés avanzado.

  • Muy valorable experiencia en empresas Fintech, de servicios financieros o Real Estate.

  • Valorable Máster en Data Science o Business Intelligence.
