As part of our
digital transformation and growth strategy
, we are strengthening our Marketing & Communications team and are looking for a
CRM & Data Manager
to drive CRM excellence, data quality, and performance-driven insights.
Your Role
You will play a central role in maximizing the value of our recently deployed
HubSpot CRM
across both
Yacht Sales
and
Charter Holidays
divisions.
As our CRM expert, you will:
- Ensure high-quality, reliable data
- Drive automation and performance optimization
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Act as a key interface between
Marketing, Sales, IT
, and external CRM partners
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Optimization
- Own and continuously improve HubSpot usage across Sales and Marketing teams
- Define and enforce CRM best practices to improve lead qualification, follow-up, conversion, and customer lifecycle management
- Drive initiatives to increase engagement, repeat business, and client reactivation
- Support sales teams on CRM adoption, pipeline management, automation, and KPI tracking
Data Tracking & Analysis
- Ensure robust digital tracking across websites, campaigns, and tools
- Manage and optimize tracking via
GA4
and tag management solutions
- Guarantee data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and analytics platforms
- Perform data mining, customer profiling, and segmentation analyses
- Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Produce weekly reports and executive-level summaries
- Design and maintain dashboards using
HubSpot
,
Power BI
, or similar BI tools
- Monitor KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value
- Ensure reporting aligns with business objectives and supports decision-making
CRM Project Management
- Act as the main point of contact between internal IT teams and external CRM agencies
- Coordinate CRM projects, integrations, and enhancements
- Translate business needs into functional CRM and data requirements
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and user adoption
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a CRM or data-focused role
- Strong expertise in
HubSpot
(Marketing & Sales hubs)
- Proven experience with
GA4
, digital tracking, and CRM integrations
- Solid experience with
Power BI
or equivalent reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
