About The Opportunity

The Agency Barcelona is seeking a 3 month minimum - Marketing Assistant Intern passionate about Linkedin strategy, data-driven marketing, and visual communication in the luxury real estate space.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to help build and implement a Linkedin lead-generation strategy - developing creative content, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing engagement to attract high-net-worth clients and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

* Support the creation of a LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation strategy

* Analyze audience engagement and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities

* Assist with social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking

* Help design visuals and assets for posts, presentations, and digital campaigns

* Research and compile insights on trends in luxury real estate, marketing, and design

Qualifications

* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data

* Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting

* Interest or experience in Linkedin marketing, social media analytics, and brand growth

* Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or Figma a plus)

* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or a related field

* Able to work in a Bilingual environment
