Funciones principales

  • Coordinar iniciativas dentro del área de
    Identidad y Accesos (IAM)
    , asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad.
  • Gestionar actividades operativas, soporte técnico e incidencias en entornos tecnológicos.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre los equipos de
    Oferta, Distribución y Ventas, IT y Grupo
    .
  • Documentar procesos, flujos de trabajo y procedimientos de manera clara y estructurada.
  • Impulsar la adopción de herramientas digitales y la mejora continua de los procesos internos.


Requisitos

  • 4–5 años de experiencia
    en roles como IT Project Manager, IT Operations, IAM Coordinator o similares.
  • Experiencia previa en el
    sector asegurador (imprescindible).
  • Experiencia en
    gestión o soporte de identidades y accesos
    .
  • Manejo de
    JIRA, ServiceNow y Excel
    .
  • Conocimientos en
    modelado de procesos
    , workflows y gestión documental.
  • Valorable experiencia en
    RPA
    , automatización o scripts en
    Python
    .
  • Inglés nivel medio
    (colaboración internacional).
  • Habilidades de comunicación, coordinación y resolución de problemas.
