Customer Service Support & Community Coordinator

Objective:

We're looking for a communicative, empathetic, and proactive person to join our team as a
Customer Service Support & Community Coordinator.

This hybrid role focuses on delivering a smooth, agile, and human customer experience while building a vibrant, connected community around our brand. Every interaction — whether one-on-one or within the community — should feel warm, genuine, and aligned with our tone of voice.

The role works
across both the Customer Service and Marketing/Communication departments

, and will be
jointly managed by the two teams

to ensure consistency across customer experience and community engagement.

This is a
full-time, in-person position

based in our office and at community events.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (60%)

  • Provide customer support via chat, voice, and email with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Solve customer issues logically, politely, and proactively.
  • Collect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect our brand's human and positive communication style.

Community Coordination (40%)

  • Coordinate and manage the customer community experience across our communication channels (mainly WhatsApp and live events).
  • Oversee the
    community WhatsApp group

, sending weekly and daily updates, sharing key information, and encouraging engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to
plan, develop, and host monthly community events

, ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after each event.
- Attend events

(some evenings and occasional weekends required) to support participants and capture insights for continuous improvement.
- Report community feedback and event outcomes to the customer service team to align communication and service improvements.

Key Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; fluid, natural, and customer-friendly tone.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
  • Ability to create trust and proximity through every interaction — both online and in person.
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments, occasionally outside regular hours (evenings and weekends).
  • Experience with community tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Eventbrite, social platforms) or customer support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.

  • Fluent English

Salary

€20,000 gross per year
