Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a HW de Potencia en el Area Tecnológica de Converters & Controls de Zamudio.
Sus Principales Funciones Serán
- Especificar requisitos, verificar y validar power stacks y sus partes constitutivas
- Diseñar los power stacks, incluyendo topologías y componentes de alta potencia
- Colaborar en el diseño térmico, EMC y mecánico para integrar los requisitos ambientales
- Relacionarse con proveedores para integrar materiales magnéticos
- Colaborar con los equipos de sistemas y software integrado
- Poner a punto y caracterizar prototipos
- Verificar y validar el diseño. Caracterizar rendimiento y márgenes de funcionamiento
- Industrializar nuevas tecnologías y soluciones
- Colaborar con los equipos de fabricación y la cadena de suministro para obtener productos maduros en producción
- Redactar y documentar nuevos criterios de diseño, procedimientos de diseño de power stacks fiables y de alto rendimiento
Requisitos
- Estudios de Ingeniería Eléctrica/Electrónica con amplios conocimientos de Electrónica de Potencia (preferiblemente postgrado o doctorado)
- Inglés mínimo B2
- Experiencia en diseño de convertidores de potencia DC/DC y DC/AC de alto rendimiento:
Diseño, ajuste y prueba de convertidores de alta frecuencia aislados y no aislados
Ciclo de vida completo de equipos de potencia, desde esquemas hasta diseño de componentes, documentación, comunicación con proveedores y creación de prototipos Realización de modelos y análisis de sistemas dinámicos, investigación y desarrollo de tecnología desde el concepto hasta la implementación
Simulaciones en tiempo real como Matlab/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM, Spice Especificación de controladores de puerta para convertidores
- Conocimientos de: conversión de energía de alta frecuencia o diseño y análisis de sistemas de distribución de energía, incluido el análisis de topologías de electrónica de potencia, componentes de potencia, elementos magnéticos y tecnologías de condensadores
- Requisitos de seguridad, EMC, térmicos y mecánicos
- Trabajo en equipo, proactividad, innovación y orientación a la calidad y resultados
