Role overview: 

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Business Continuity - Manual Tester to join our team as part of our Business Continuity efforts. In this role, you will act as a real-world user, interacting with TVs in a home-like environment to ensure product quality and stability. Your job will be to test features manually - just like an everyday customer would - and report any issues or unexpected behavior.

Key responsibilities:

  • Use TVs in a natural, user-like way to simulate real-life usage scenarios
  • Identify and document issues, bugs, or unexpected behavior
  • Create tickets with clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or videos when needed
  • Collaborate with product teams to share findings and observations
  • Follow the use testing checklists and scripts provided by the QA team
  • Participate in testing new features, app updates, or firmware changes
  • Help ensure our products meet a high standard of user experience and functionality

  • Previous experience in testing or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with basic tools like spreadsheets or ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira)
  • Interest in consumer electronics or smart TVs
