About the Role

As Global Head of Talent, you will be responsible for defining and executing Applivery's global people strategy. You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure that talent, culture, organizational design, and performance management are fully aligned with business objectives.

This is a highly strategic role with strong operational ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable HR foundations while shaping culture in a fast-growing, international SaaS company.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own Applivery's global Talent strategy, aligned with company vision, values, and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on organizational design, leadership development, and people-related decisions.
  • Translate business strategy into clear people initiatives, priorities, and roadmaps.

Global HR Operations & Governance

  • Design and implement scalable HR policies and processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Own and evolve core HR systems (HRIS), processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (legal advisors, payroll providers, recruitment partners, benefits vendors).

Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention

  • Lead global talent acquisition strategy, including employer branding, recruitment processes, and onboarding.
  • Design career frameworks, development plans, and leadership programs to support long-term growth and retention.
  • Build compensation, benefits, and performance structures that are competitive, fair, and scalable.

Performance, Analytics & Succession

  • Define and track key people metrics (engagement, retention, performance, diversity, succession).
  • Own performance management and feedback cycles, ensuring clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead succession planning for key roles and leadership positions.

Culture, Values & Change Management

  • Strengthen and protect Applivery's culture as the company scales globally.
  • Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth, reorganization, or transformation.
  • Promote inclusion, collaboration, and employee wellbeing across all regions.

What You Will Need

Essential

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior or global leadership role.
  • Proven experience building and scaling HR functions in international or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation frameworks, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth scale-ups.
  • International HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or similar).
  • Experience leading DE&I, wellbeing, or employer branding initiatives at scale.
