WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Manage the end‑to‑end identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Configure and maintain One Identity Manager solutions
• Develop and support connectors (AD, CSV, databases, SCIM)
• Implement user provisioning and access workflows
• Configure IT Shop requests, approvals, and email templates
• Support access reviews and attestations
• Create and maintain reports and report subscriptions
• Design and update UI forms using Web Designer
• Monitor and manage the Job Queue and DBQueue
• Support system configuration, deployments, and migrations
• Integrate IAM with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine)
• Ensure compliance, security, and system stability

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• FP, Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
• Advanced level of English (C1)
• 5+ years of experience in IAM
• Strong experience with One Identity Manager
• IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management
• .NET and C# scripting
• MSSQL fundamentals
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS
• Windows and Unix/Linux basics
• IT Shop configuration and approval workflows
• Attestation and access review processes
• Report creation and scheduling
• Job Queue / DBQueue monitoring
• Client-server architecture knowledge
• Authentication, authorization, session management
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365)

• Workplace: Madrid offices + remote work (hybrid model)
• Work Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 hours
