As Senior Expert IT – EHS Systems you are responsible for the management of our electronic EHS System Intelex.

Our global electronic System support core business processes like Incident Management, Audits & Inspections, Training Management and many more.

Together with internal and external partners you manage the interfaces to other systems like SAP or Power BI.

You help the business process owners to translate business requirements into a lean and smart technical solution to create an Industry 4.0 Digital Smart EHS and Quality Environment across our global network. Together with the digitalization and innovation team you ensure the solution is aligned with the strategic direction of our enterprise architecture roadmap.

You actively engage with stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance and guidance for rollout projects, validation activities and ongoing system enhancements.

In your role you are also responsible for the coordination of tasks with our external service provider TCS as part of the outsourced run support.

You also act as the gateway between the business SMEs and the vendors for troubleshooting.

Essential Job Functions:

Together with your partners you analyse user requirements, advise internal

stakeholders in terms of the EHS System, approve concepts and

specifications

• Help organize and facilitate workshops, oversee configuration and

customization of systems, work out test plans

• Support audits and regulatory reporting needs.

• Contribute to the creation of test scripts, test execution and training

documentation

• Lead trainings and data migration activities, control global process and

system governance.

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the EHS application

by defining efficient digital processes to transform the business into a

future ready lean digital organization.

• Organize the integration of system enhancements: Liaise with internal

customers, ensure testing and transfer into productive operations.

• Delegate common incidents and problems to the vendor support

organization.

• Provide 3rd level support for complex incidents. Contribute to the

resolution of critical / urgent incidents.

• Establish a lean user management process together with your business

partners.

• Organize professional solution of problems.

• Collaborate with other IT functions (Infrastructure, Applications, Security,

etc.) and configure the EHS application and the interfaces to meet

business needs.

• Manage the development service in projects. Partner with system

development providers, train them in terms of the company's standards

and guidelines, perform the hand-over of technical specifications, advice

and monitor the realization of software configuration, perform quality

control of deliverables.

• Closely collaborate with the Senior Expert Quality Systems who is in

charge or our eQMS (Veeva) to identify synergies, best practices and

opportunities to simplify and harmonize the platforms.
