About The Role (Hybrid Position - Marbella, Spain)
We are looking for a
Finance & Administration Manager
to lead the accounting and operational management of a retail company undergoing a phase of growth and internal process professionalization.

This Role Is Critical To

  • Ensuring accurate financial visibility
  • Enforcing cash and cost discipline
  • Supporting internal reporting
  • Executing the migration to Microsoft Business Central
  • Strengthening internal accounting and operational processes

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a purely supervisory position.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end management of the company's accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Lead and execute the migration from Contasol to Microsoft Business Central, including, preparation and review of historical accounting data, coordination with external advisors and ERP partners and validation of balances, accounts, and financial closures post-migration.
  • Oversee daily financial operations as payments, collections, and bank reconciliations, supplier and customer accounting & cash flow monitoring.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors regarding tax and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare basic financial reporting for management.
  • Improve and document accounting and operational processes.
  • Provide operational and administrative support related to the financial function.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central (essential).
  • Ability to independently manage a company's accounting.
  • Experience in accounting system migrations or ERP implementations.
  • High level of English (essential).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous profile.
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on day-to-day operations.

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in real estate or asset management companies.
  • Knowledge of Contasol.
  • Experience working with external financing structures.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Experience managing multiple bank accounts and entities.
