Empresa española, cliente final, con presencia internacional, especializada en fabricación y distribución de productos de perfumería, está en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager para liderar proyectos tecnológicos en entornos Microsoft (.NET) con impacto en 26 países.
Este rol será clave para la transformación digital de la compañía, coordinando la implementación del sistema en las distintas áreas de negocio y sedes internacionales. Buscamos una persona con visión funcional, capacidad de liderazgo y sólidos conocimientos del ecosistema Microsoft, que actúe como nexo entre los equipos de negocio y tecnología.
Responsabilidades
- Recoger, analizar y definir los requerimientos funcionales de las distintas áreas (finanzas, compras, ventas, almacén, producción, etc.).
- Coordinar con el equipo técnico las integraciones, personalizaciones y despliegues, especialmente en entornos Microsoft (.NET).
- Diseñar y validar procesos clave asegurando una correcta adaptación del ERP a las operaciones del negocio.
- Asegurar la formación y soporte a usuarios clave y finales.
- Impulsar la mejora continua del sistema y su evolución post-implantación.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a en nuevas funcionalidades de D365 y herramientas complementarias del ecosistema Microsoft.
Requisitos
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años como Project Manager trabajando en entornos Microsoft.
- Es necesario aportar experiencia en gestión de proveedores.
- Experiencia trabajando con desarrolladores y arquitecturas .NET.
- Capacidad de gestión de proyectos, liderazgo y comunicación con equipos multidisciplinares.
- Es un plus haber liderado implantaciones de ERPs.
- Inglés profesional (nivel medio-alto).
