Jumeirah Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Associate Director position to join our F&B Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assume the Director's duties in their absence and support daily operations of the F&B division, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
- Support staffing functions including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, coaching, and handling colleague concerns.
- Oversee inventory, beverage, and store requisitions, collaborating with Outlet Managers and Cost Controller to optimize costs and quality.
- Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Al least 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams in luxury hospitality environments
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
