This summer position demands a strong work ethic, dedication, and a high level of self-motivation. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and driving attendance to premier events, clubs, and parties throughout Barcelona. The role presents a range of challenges that require resilience, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills, but it also offers significant opportunities for growth and achievement.
At SummerRockz, we aim for every team member to complete the season having developed valuable sales experience, enhanced professional skills, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences that will benefit them long after the summer ends.
KEY ROLES
Event seller - stopping people on the beach and in the streets
Sales Representative - daily and weekly targets
Customer service representative - constant communication with customers
Social Media Marketers - creating leads through social media
Working hours - 6 days a week
100% Commission Based
