Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services.
- Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.
- Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately.
- Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email.
- Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.
- German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
- Comfortable using AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: from €24,310 (minimum) up to €30,000 (maximum) gross/year.
- Bonus: from €3,500 (minimum) up to €4,290 (maximum) gross/year.
- Employment Type: Full-time (39h/week), Hybrid – Barcelona.
