We focus on accrediting educational programmes, certifying professionals, and fostering continuous development through key initiatives such as:

  • The 
    European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR)
  • The European Training Assessment Programme (ETAP)
  • The Accreditation Council in Imaging (ACI)
  • (Projects of the European Society of Radiology – ESR
    )

As we launch our new office in Barcelona — the official ESR hub in Spain — we are seeking a 
Digital Junior Communication & Office Coordinator
 to support our Marketing team and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Main Responsibilities

This hybrid role combines digital communications and office coordination:

 Digital Communication

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content for 
    newsletters
    , 
    social media
    , and internal platforms
  • Support communication campaigns and maintain related records and databases
  • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and engages target audiences

 Office Coordination

  • Oversee 
    daily office operations
     and logistics
  • Manage internal and external 
    correspondence
  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Help facilitate coordination between teams in Barcelona and international offices

This role is ideal for a 
proactive and organised individual
 with strong communication and digital skills, looking to grow in an international and educational setting.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
  • Experience in 
    office management
     or administrative support
  • Background in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus

Languages

  • High level of 
    English and Spanish
     (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of 
    Catalan
     and/or 
    German
     is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Office
    , especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of 
    social media platforms
     (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
  • Experience with 
    Mailchimp
     or similar email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency with 
    design tools
     like 
    Canva
     or equivalents
  • Good eye for 
    visual communication
    , tone of voice and 
    brand consistency

Soft Skills

  • Excellent 
    organisational skills
     and 
    attention to detail
  • Ability to 
    work independently
     and in collaboration with others
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability for 
    occasional travel
