Junior Purchasing Specialist
eager to learn and grow in Procurement within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This is a hybrid role blending coordination, negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration… perfect for someone proactive and detail-oriented, willing to support and optimize purchasing processes across the organization. You will be part of
Finance team
reporting directly to the
Procurement Manager.

About the role

During your first months, you'll focus on understanding our purchasing processes, supporting purchase order creation, collaborating with internal teams, and getting early wins in supplier communication and process accuracy. As you grow, you'll take on more ownership: negotiating terms, analyzing purchasing trends, and contributing to long-term procurement improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Own and coordinate purchasing needs
  for Marketing and HR, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely acquisition of goods and services.

• Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite
  , ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment with internal processes.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers
  , supporting price and terms negotiations while ensuring high-quality service.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting)
  to align on budgets, validate invoices, and ensure timely payments and deliveries.

• Analyze purchasing data and identify improvement opportunities
  , helping optimize costs, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies
  and support contract/terms validation for transparent and reliable purchasing operations.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have some experience or interest in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

• Are fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Bring analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes.

• Are comfortable using Excel and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
