The Opportunity

Join a global leader in energy solutions and take charge of projects within our Grid Integration business (substations, power quality, e-mobility, and more). As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of the energy transition, leading diverse teams and driving projects that make a real impact.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, financial, and schedule commitments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and innovation.

Here, you'll not only manage projects—you'll shape the future of sustainable energy while growing your leadership and technical expertise.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead project teams and allocate tasks effectively.

  • Define project plans with scope, schedule, and risk management.

  • Monitor progress, resources, and financial performance.

  • Manage risks and seize opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Act as the main contact for customers and resolve project issues.

  • Coordinate procurement and supplier negotiations.

  • Drive project close-out and customer acceptance.

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

  • 5–10 years of project management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of scope, cost, and schedule management.

  • Experience in the energy sector.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
