About The Role
As an Operations Intern at HappyRobot, you'll work closely with our teams to support the systems, processes, and tooling that drive our day-to-day execution. From managing sales data and internal reporting to helping streamline workflows and special projects, you'll play a key role in helping the business scale efficiently.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an early-stage AI company operates behind the scenes — especially at the intersection of product, sales, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Help build and document internal workflows and automations that keep teams running efficiently.
• Assist in internal reporting and dashboards for sales, product usage, and business KPIs
• Coordinate and execute operational projects that touch GTM, product, and leadership
• Work across teams in SF and Madrid to ensure consistent communication and follow-through
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and tooling (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
