Consolidation Analyst

Your mission

Based in the HQs in Madrid, the
Consolidation Team is looking for a
Finance Consolidation Analyst with 2 years of experience as an Auditor in Big4 or similar (MUST),
to support the team and to ensure the global analytical cycle of the Company:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support to the Group Consolidation Team in reviewing the monthly accounting close of the entities within the Consolidation scope, including analytical review and monitoring checks of the most significant accounting items of such entities.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual Group financial statements.
• Liaison with the Accounting & Controlling Teams to ensure a timely and accurate accounting close of the entities within the Consolidation scope, paying special attention to specific aspects due to complexity or new requirements.
• Monitoring and follow up with the Accounting Teams of the different countries for specific aspects related to the business activities of the relevant entities that might have a significant impact on the Consolidation process.
• Support to the Group Consolidation Team in managing the relations and coordination with the external auditors (timing, follow up and resolution of audit issues,…).

Your profile

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Required education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Required professional experience
  : 2 years of external audit at Big 4 or similar companies is a MUST.
  Working experience in Renewables Industry would be valued
• Required knowledge: Knowledge of accountancy and consolidation matters
• Other added values: Microsoft Office, strongly acknowledge of Excel is required. SAP knowledge would be highly valued
• Language
  :
  English
  (upper level, written and spoken)

• Detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills in financial processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written), including reporting abilities.
• Organized and disciplined with ability to prioritize multiple tasks producing good quality work and meeting tight deadlines.
• Being flexible and comfortable in a constantly changing environment
