MISSION: Support in the development of HSE processes. Documental and HSE system processes development.

TASKS:

  • Develop an internal workflow(s) to ensure environmental data is captured as sites and made available for management monitoring (and aligned with needs of sustainability reporting). This would cover from capture at offices, plants, PM site, Service points/sites (probably via different mechanisms), consolidation into a data warehouse, through to inclusion in the dashboard and making the data available to Sustainability for reporting purposes.
  • Bic process definition. Being involved in process management related to drafting and approval/publishing cycles.
  • Support ongoing dashboard development with powerBl in QHSE department.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • It is necessary that no more than 3 years have passed since the end of the degree or Master's degree, nor have you previously participated in another Internship.
  • Degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Knowledge in HSE is a plus.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and with Power BI.
  • Analysis ability, being organised and autonomous.
  • Willingness to undertake an internship programme.
