En Audiovisuales Fader nos dedicamos al alquiler y producción técnica de eventos, trabajando con material profesional (pantallas LED, monitores, sonido, proyección y soluciones audiovisuales completas). Buscamos una persona que lidere proyectos de principio a fin, asegurando calidad, plazos y coordinación del equipo.

Qué harás (responsabilidades)

  • Gestión integral de proyectos audiovisuales para eventos: preproducción, ejecución y cierre.
  • Interlocución con cliente: briefing, necesidades, propuestas técnicas y seguimiento.
  • Coordinación con almacén y operaciones: planificación de material, logística, transporte y montaje.
  • Elaboración y control de cronogramas, timings, checklist y hojas de ruta.
  • Coordinación de equipos técnicos (internos y freelances): asignaciones, horarios y supervisión in situ.
  • Control de costes y optimización de recursos (horas, transporte, consumibles, subcontratas).
  • Gestión de imprevistos en directo y resolución de incidencias.
  • Cierre de proyecto: retorno de material, partes, informes y lecciones aprendidas.

Qué buscamos (requisitos)

  • Experiencia previa como Project Manager / Coordinador/a de Producción / Jefe/a de Proyecto en eventos o audiovisual.
  • Conocimiento del entorno técnico: pantallas LED, realización, sonido, proyección, cableado, señal, RF (nivel operativo/gestión).
  • Capacidad de organización, anticipación y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
  • Buen trato con cliente y comunicación clara.
  • Carnet de conducir B.
  • Manejo de herramientas tipo Excel/Sheets y planificación (Trello, Asana, Notion o similares).

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en eventos institucionales, grandes formatos o touring.
  • Conocimientos de prevención/riesgos y gestión de montajes.
  • Inglés (nivel operativo).
  • Experiencia en licitaciones o proyectos con administración pública.
