Una empresa líder mundial en movilidad está estableciendo un nuevo centro de operaciones de vehículos en Madrid para apoyar el despliegue y mantenimiento de una creciente flota de vehículos avanzados. Buscamos un Responsable de Recambios con experiencia para liderar las operaciones de almacén y logística en esta nueva ubicación.
Sobre el puesto:
Como Responsable de Recambios, supervisarás la gestión diaria de piezas y materiales de vehículos, garantizando el flujo oportuno y preciso del inventario en todo el centro. Trabajarás estrechamente con técnicos y equipos operativos para asegurar que todos los materiales se reciban, almacenen, registren y distribuyan de manera eficiente. Se trata de un puesto de liderazgo práctico que requiere sólidas habilidades organizativas, experiencia operativa y un enfoque proactivo orientado al trabajo en equipo.
Responsabilidades clave:
Supervisar la recepción, desembalaje y verificación de piezas y materiales entrantes utilizando sistemas ERP y de almacén (p. ej., SAP, Lightspeed, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
Gestionar transacciones de inventario mediante dispositivos RF portátiles y Sistemas de Gestión de Almacenes (WMS)
Realizar y supervisar controles de stock, recuentos cíclicos y auditorías físicas de inventario
Coordinar el embalaje, etiquetado y preparación de materiales para uso interno o envíos externos
Gestionar la preparación de pedidos para reparaciones, necesidades de servicio y solicitudes de desecho
Garantizar que todos los envíos y entregas incluyan documentación precisa (albaranes, cartas de porte, etiquetas manuales)
Mantener los estándares de seguridad, limpieza y cumplimiento en todo el departamento de recambios
Apoyar la formación cruzada y el desarrollo dentro del equipo de almacén
Atender solicitudes internas y asegurar la entrega eficiente de piezas a técnicos y áreas de servicio
Registrar y reportar métricas operativas clave y precisión del inventario
Lo que buscamos:
Experiencia demostrada en la industria automotriz, especialmente en gestión de recambios, operaciones de concesionarios, centros de servicio, fabricación u entornos similares
Capacidad para liderar un equipo y trabajar estrechamente con técnicos en un taller o entorno de servicio
Conocimiento de principios de cadena de suministro, sistemas de inventario y procesos de manejo de piezas
Dominio de Excel y herramientas de informes; familiaridad con sistemas de inventario y ERP
Experiencia práctica con herramientas de almacén como transpaletas (no se requiere certificación de carretilla elevadora)
Gran atención al detalle, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y mantener un espacio de trabajo bien organizado
Un líder proactivo dispuesto a intervenir donde sea necesario, ya sea organizando piezas, gestionando entregas o manteniendo los estándares del almacén
