Do you want to be part of the team that makes sure our crews are always ready to fly? In this role you'll combine organization, teamwork, and problem-solving to support our pilots and cabin crew in their training journey — while keeping costs optimized and operations running smoothly.

How will it be to work with us?

• Monthly planning and optimization of Volotea Flight & Cabin Crew while complying with flight time limitations, company standards and costs.
• Monthly planning and scheduling training for Flight deck and Cabin Crew according to annual needs.
• Monitor monthly's main KPI and develop new analysis tools within the department.
• Create and maintain training qualification, expires, crew categories and contract status on AIMS database.
• Working closely with Crew Planners and coordinating with Training, HR, Chief Pilot Office, Cabin Team, and more.

Ready to join us?What will make you succeed in this position:

• Advanced English (written and spoken):
  Our team and crews are international, and English is how we all connect. Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus to make daily coordination even smoother.
• Experience in hotel booking or similar:
  Because you'll be handling all accommodation for training crews and knowing how to negotiate and optimize costs is key.
• Familiarity with AIMs scheduling system will be ideal:
  This is the core tool we use to plan and track training — if you know it, you'll hit the ground running.
• Comfortable with MS Office and IT tools:
  You'll be managing schedules, budgets, and communications daily, so being tech-savvy helps you work faster and smarter.
• Great organizational skills:
  Juggling multiple trainings, hotels, and stakeholders requires someone who can prioritize and adapt quickly when plans change.
• Cost-conscious mindset and strong communication skills:
  You'll be balancing budgets while staying in constant contact with hotels, crews, and other departments.
• Initiative and creativity:
  Sometimes you'll need to find solutions outside the standard process — being proactive will make the difference.
• Attention to detail + teamwork attitude:
  Small mistakes can create big issues in training plans. We need someone thorough who also enjoys working closely with others.
