PRIVATE/CHARTER - Captain and Mate/Chef team for Oyster 675

STARTING SPRING We are looking for an experienced Charter Captain/Engineer and Mate/Chef/Stew couple team to run this fabulous Oyster 675 Med and Caribbean season private cruising and charter mix. This yacht, launched in 2023 has already circumnavigated the globe on the last Oyster World Rally. After such an incredible adventure, the owners are now planning for some more gentle private cruising trips in the Mediterranean and Caribbean in 2026/27. In between their private cruising, they are looking to charter her out with Oyster Charter. The yacht is currently getting some well deserved care and attention in the yard this winter with the current Captain who will stay on until properly handed over to a new crew team. Remember to sign up with Oyster Crew if you haven't done so already using Oyster Yachts - Candidate Portal ) Requirements Captain: Yachtmaster Offshore minimum STCW ENG1 Mate/Cook: Yachtmaster qualification preferred but not essential Level 2 Hygiene Certificate preferred Previous ocean sailing experience STCW ENG1 Either or Both: First Aid course Active interest in watersports TOP TIPS ON HOW TO APPLY: If you really want this job, think about about how you are presenting yourself in the best way.
