The Team:
Sitting within the EMEA Consumer Products Organization, who are responsible for providing leadership and direction for the development and implementation of Consumer Products strategy across all Mattel Brands. This team is responsible for steering and achieving key brand, category and fiscal objectives by identifying and collaborating with Global, Regional, Multi Territory and Local licensees. We work in partnerships across the business with the Global Consumer Products, Regional Franchise, Local Brand, Regional Marketing, and Regional Product Development teams, as well as with the Audit, Finance and Legal Divisions.

What Your Impact Will Be:
You will support the Consumer Products team on marketing and product development activities for all Mattel Brands (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Hit Brands & new properties) for Italy, Spain & Portugal.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate product/marketing approvals for both countries with EU creative teams
- Support the teams and the licensees with contract compilation/upload
- Assist / guide the licensees in the product / manufacturing compliance path according to Mattel / EU principles.
- Market analysis (seasonal occasions, market needs analysis, market research).
- Support Forecast and Royalties report collection.
- Marketing & PR activities support, from briefing to execution and analysis.
- Creation and coordination of digital and print advertising materials and industry summit materials.
What We're Looking For:
- BSc or MSc degree, in Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments is valuable.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish nice to have.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).
- Analysis skills.

- Organizational skills & attention to details.
- Curiosity and eagerness to challenge the status quo.
