SIXHUNTERS is looking for a
SCEER MARKETING MANAGER
for an important company of fast moving consumer goods.

Responsabilities

  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy in line with global brand positioning, guidelines and local sales objectives
  • Directly manage the marketing activities in Central Europe, acting as the primary market lead
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives in Iberia, Adriatica , EE and Eurasia, through close collaboration with sales director, local sales teams & distributors
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 TMDMs, ensuring alignment and execution excellence across all markets
  • Drive a Category Management (CatMan) approach across the region to strengthen shelf presence, optimize product assortment, and improve category performance in collaboration with key retail partners
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Offer & Communication central teams to ensure consistency in the messages and perfect go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage local marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources & monthly follow -up

Requirements

  • Business degree / Master degree in Marketing and communication.
  • 6+years of experience in marketing in FMCG industry including significant experience in local role with strong business proximity.
  • Solid experience in managing marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, prior experience managing remote or cross-country teams is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Results oriented.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required (approx. 20–30%).
  • Recognized strong team spirit, able to collaborate transversally with local sales and central marketing teams
