We're hiring a
Marketing Manager at Bioxy

As the Marketing Manager you will lead marketing efforts for our innovative wellness products, from digital campaigns to brand storytelling. You'll work closely with the founders to boost visibility, engage customers, and scale our presence in a bilingual, international market. Bring your energy and passion to build something exciting from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Create compelling bilingual content in English and Spanish for websites, ads, and social platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using different tools and optimize for ROI with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate to align marketing with business goals and launch new initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, partnerships, and events to expand our reach in the wellness sector.
  • Contribute to the product development process (packaging, content...)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or startups.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for global communication.
  • Proactive attitude with strong initiative—someone who spots opportunities and acts independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, positive mindset, and ability to prosper and work well autonomously in a small team.
  • Be able to think outside the box and get out of your comfort zone.
  • Bonus: Be passionate about what you do and believe in the vision of Bioxy.
