Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un/a Customer Success Team Lead con experiencia en entornos SaaS o tecnológicos, responsable de liderar y desarrollar un equipo de Customer Success Managers, asegurando altos niveles de retención, satisfacción y crecimiento de cuentas.

Será una posición clave para impulsar la estrategia de fidelización y maximizar el valor del cliente a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de Customer Success.
  • Supervisar KPIs: churn, retención, NPS, expansión y health score.
  • Gestionar cuentas estratégicas y escalaciones críticas.
  • Diseñar playbooks y procesos de Customer Success.
  • Colaborar con Ventas, Producto y Soporte.
  • Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling.
  • Analizar métricas y preparar reportes de rendimiento.

Requisitos

  • +4 años en Customer Success, Account Management o similar.
  • +2 años liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia en SaaS (B2B preferiblemente).
  • Conocimiento de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight o similar).
  • Alta capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelente comunicación en español e inglés (nivel profesional).

Sueldo: 46.000,00€ al año
