We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate activities related to the integration of compañía processes within a large-scale ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise system deployments, a solid technical foundation, and strong interesados management skills to ensure smooth collaboration between compañía and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership
  • Drive the implementation of integrated negocio processes within a modern ERP environment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and manage associated risks and issues.

  • Technical Coordination

  • Align internal technical teams and external partners around integration requirements and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as liaison between compañía users, data owners, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and interesadas on progress and risk mitigation.

  • Issue Management

  • Proactively identify and resolve integration-related challenges during implementation and stabilization phases.

  • Documentation

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive records of integration processes, workflows, and configurations. Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP or enterprise system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. Preferred Skills:
  • ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in global or multi-site implementations.
