, we are looking for a
Finance & Accounting Manager
for the Spanish subsidiary of an international group.

The role reports directly to Group Headquarters and aims to ensure the reliability, consistency, and regulatory compliance of all accounting, financial, and administrative information of the company.

The selected professional will act as the
local financial lead
, reporting directly to the Group Finance Department, and will play a key role in supervising accounting processes, treasury management, and coordination with auditors and external bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting, financial, and administrative operations of the Spanish subsidiary.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, as well as Group policies.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and periodic reporting to the Group Finance Department.
  • Participate in budgeting, management control, and variance analysis.
  • Manage treasury activities, bank reconciliations, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes, optimizing tools and procedures.
  • Ensure the proper implementation and use of the ERP system (preferably SAP).

Candidate Profile (M/F/D)

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • Solid experience in general accounting, taxation, reporting, and team management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • High level of English is mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and analytical mindset.
