***Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
- Partly qualification in CA/ACCA up to final level.
- Minimum of 4 - Year experience in internal auditing in a bank/finance company or reputed audit firm.
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits in accordance with approved audit plans and standards.
- Conduct detailed audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify potential risks and control deficiencies.
- Prepare audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to develop effective action plans for addressing audit findings and contribute to the development and enhancement of audit programs and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee and provide support in conducting special investigations or ad-hoc projects as needed.
