Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property listings, viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong client database.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales strategies and achieve team targets.
  • Uphold Bjurfors' reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications
Must haves:

  • Fluency in English
  • Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
