As Vela Poland S.A and the tripinvest brand belonging to the company, we specialize in the sale of attractive real estate for Polish clients. As the result of the completed issue of the company’s shares, we are planning to transfer our knowledge and experience to new markets soon in Croatia, France and Portugal.
We are an international team of experts specialized in the real estate industry. tripinvest is a project derived from Dajami companies that exist on the Polish market (Loveair, AmperGo, Aero7, LoveCoffee, LifePlanet) and foreign markets (Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, USA and others). Our activity is a response to the growing demand of Europeans in the field of investing in attractively located tourist properties with profitable opportunities. The rapid development of the tripinvest brand proves de enormous potential of the industry.
We are currently looking for:
**Real estate agent with Russian**
**Scope of duties / who we are looking for**:
- Contact with the client before coming to Spain (offers)
- Customer service in Spain (showing properties)
- Customer service during the purchase (arranging the NIE number, opening a bank account)
- After-sales customer service (assistance in setting up an alarm, etc.)
- Searching for new offers from developer
- Searching for new offers from real estate agency
- Searching for new offers directly from the owners
- Maintaining constant contact with developer and agencies
- Shooting live on facebook (minimum one per month)
- Commands to add properties on facebook
- Website translations / translations corrections
**Expectations**:
- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to work independently
- Min. 2 years of experience in the real estate market
- Driving license
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
- Russian native level + English min. B2
