En Sipay creemos que el mayor motor de una empresa son sus personas. Buscamos un/a People Manager
que contribuya activamente a la gestión integral del área: administración laboral, prevención de riesgos, relaciones laborales, desarrollo del talento y gestión del entorno de oficina.

Formarás parte del equipo de
People & Culture
, colaborando estrechamente con las áreas de Administración, Operaciones y Legal para garantizar una gestión eficiente, humana y alineada con los valores del grupo. Tu papel será esencial para mantener la excelencia interna y el bienestar de todo el equipo.


¿CUÁLES SERÍAN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

Gestionar nóminas, seguros sociales, altas/bajas, vacaciones y coordinación con la gestoría y mutua.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral, PRL y políticas internas de la compañía.

Apoyar los procesos de selección, formación, onboarding/offboarding y comunicación interna.

REQUISITOS

Hard Skills


• Experiencia previa en administración laboral y gestión de personas.


• Conocimiento de legislación laboral, PRL, convenios y relaciones laborales.


• Manejo de herramientas como Factorial, Office 365 y plataformas de gestión documental.

Soft Skills


• Organización, confidencialidad y atención al detalle.


• Comunicación clara, empatía y orientación al empleado.


• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, proactividad y resolución de incidencias.
