Job Description
• Build Spain & pan-EU outsourced logistics network in European markets.
• Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
• Lead recurrent business review meetings with key logistics partners to continuously make improvement in operational setup.
• Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform.
• Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.
• Coordinate S&OP with internal stakeholders to ensure logistics can support efficiently the platform sales in line with market competitiveness.
• Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issue and proactively improve logistics service level.
• Being able to lead tenders for service procurement & negotiate new agreements with 3rd parties.
• Understand the E2E flows from operations to systems. Translate operational & needs needs to product development teams (BRD & PRD documentation)
Position Requirement
• 4-5 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.
• Good relationship with 3rd party logistics partners, mainly distribution into European scope.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.
• Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.
• Attention to detail and communication skills.
• Negotiation skills, used to negotiate service agreements & lead international logistics tenders.
• Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.
• Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
• Fluent in English language, other languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
