We have an exciting opportunity available for a Supers Lead Center, South, Islands in our Retail Sales Team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz The position lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is in our Madrid office.
You'll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. This position reports into the Supermarkets Sr Lead and focused on handling Supers (Ahorramás, Consum, Dinosol,Costco…). The main responsibility will be the delivery to support Business and profitable growth to drive the business. You're constantly driving improvement activities within Sales Team in Spain.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Handling relationships and grow sales to regional customer accounts in your perimeter.
- Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
- Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
- Develop the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Hard Skills & capabilities
- University Degree, preferably from a Business School
- 4 years' relevant commercial experience in retail channel, working with top Regional Supermarkets
- Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- EU Work permission
