Design Technical Lead
para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en
Martorell
.

Funciones

  • Liderar técnicamente las actividades de diseño del producto desde la fase de concepto hasta la industrialización.
  • Analizar la viabilidad de diseño y presentar propuestas técnicas al cliente y al equipo de proyecto.
  • Coordinar el trabajo del equipo CAD (offshore) y gestionar el flujo técnico con proveedores Tier 2.
  • Realizar y validar el diseño de piezas plásticas, incluyendo estudios de tolerancias y apilamientos.
  • Gestionar y pilotar las revisiones de diseño internas y con cliente, asegurando la correcta implementación de acciones.
  • Garantizar la calidad y coherencia de los datos CAD (3D/2D) durante todo el proyecto.
  • Colaborar con ingeniería de procesos, inyección y herramientas para optimizar la viabilidad industrial del diseño.
  • Definir ajustes de herramienta y apoyar las fases de pruebas, cubicación y validación con cliente.
  • Analizar resultados dimensionales y de aspecto del producto ensamblado y proponer mejoras hasta la homologación final.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos, de calidad, seguridad y HSE del proyecto.

Requisitos

  • Técnico diseño mecánico o Ingeniería de Diseño.
  • Inglés: Mínimo B2 alto para comunicación con proveedores a diario.
  • Catia V5
  • Experiencia en Diseño pieza plástica.
