About the rol:

Push forward the global corporate communication strategy for SEAT and CUPRA, ensuring consistency in messaging, narrative, and reputation across all markets.
Design and execute global campaigns, key messages, Q&A, speeches, briefings, and digital and offline content, guaranteeing quality and results-oriented performance (KPIs).
Drive the communication strategy for sustainability, CSR, and sustainable electrification, transforming insights into reputation and corporate positioning opportunities.
Continuously monitor the company's reputation, prepare executive reports, and anticipate reputational risks and issues.
Manage relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders internationally, identifying opportunities to strengthen SEAT's leadership in Spain and key markets.
Act as a strategic liaison in committees and working groups (sustainability, reputation, electrification, digitalisation, connectivity), ensuring the integration of the communication approach into corporate projects and coordination with the Volkswagen Group.
Lead the digital strategy for executives and the executive committee (LinkedIn, social CEO, SEO positioning), ensuring consistency in messaging and digital presence.
Oversee the production of high-impact content and copywriting, applying storytelling, SEO, and adaptation to multiple formats.
Contribute to the department's annual strategic plan, collaborating cross-functionally with other corporate areas.
Represent and coordinate communication actions at corporate events and motor shows, ensuring proper activation of the corporate narrative.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Information Sciences, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar.
Languages: Native English; native or high-level Spanish. Knowledge of other languages (German, French, etc.) will be valued.

Experience:

Over 10 years in corporate communication in international environments, in companies, agencies, or media.
Solid experience in international communication projects in key European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy).
Experience working with global senior management and multinational environments.
Highly desirable experience in automotive, mobility, energy, or regulated sectors.

Skills and Competencies:

Global and strategic vision in corporate communication, sustainability, and energy transition.
Experience in reputation management, media, influencers, opinion leaders, and institutional relations.
Expertise in content creation, advanced copywriting, corporate storytelling, and SEO.
Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and adapt strategies.
Issue management and crisis communication.
Strategic thinking, results orientation, flexibility, and responsiveness.
Natural leadership, creativity, and collaborative work in multicultural environments.
