Tu
MISIÓN PRINCIPAL
será coordinar las
tareas operativas, incidencias y transferencia de conocimiento
, asegurando que los
proyectos se ejecuten correctamente
, dentro de los plazos y con la información adecuada.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?


•
Coordinar tareas de instalación y configuración de software.

  • Asegurar que las peticiones estén bien definidas antes de ejecutarse (validar que la información solicitada sea suficiente y adecuada

-Confirmar que el área de Operaciones (Ops) provea datos completos y correctos).

-Priorizar tareas según urgencias, capacidad del equipo y estimar tiempos.


•
Gestión de incidencias:

  • Recibir, evaluar y coordinar la resolución de incidencias reportadas.

  • Escalar problemas críticos cuando sea necesario.


•
Comunicación y coordinación:

  • Actuar como punto de contacto con stakeholders internos.

  • Recoger feedback y detectar oportunidades de mejora que aporten valor.


•
Transferencia de conocimiento:

-Formar a stakeholders (Ops) en nuevas herramientas y procedimientos.

-Documentar y comunicar cambios relevantes al equipo.

Para ello, ¿qué vas a necesitar?


• Technical background (engineering or similar)


• Knowledge in:

o XML

o API

o Basic network administration skills, like: SSH (Telnet), Ping,...

o Agile / Scrum

o Azure / TFS


• Good communication skills


• Fluent in English and Spanish
